Welcome to DSI Psychological Services, LLC. Here you will find information about my private practice services, and my background as a counseling psychologist. I am a full-time clinician, providing individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, as well as clinical supervision. My services can be in-person or virtual to Maryland residents, virtual to New York residents, or virtual-only for residents of 42 PsyPact states.
I am excited to also introduce two new clinicians, Ashley Shelton (M.S., M.A.) and Eli Kravitz (M.A.), both fifth year doctoral student clinical externs from the APA-accredited clinical psychology program of Stevenson University. Ashley and Eli are Registered Psychology Associates in Maryland (#A0839 and #A01170 respectively) and join the practice with experience working in a variety of clinical settings. As a practitioner of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Ashley focuses on bringing a collaborative, compassionate, and culturally-responsive framework to each clinical situation. Eli's clinical approach incorporates second- and third-wave CBT techniques, mindfulness, and a strengths-based philosophy to target your goals in facilitating the changes you want to make.
If you're interested in scheduling an initial appointment or to speak with me, Ashley, or Eli, or to learn more about our services, feel free to send an email, text, or be in touch via the Contact page.
Sincerely,
-Dr. Dan Isenberg

Services
Whether short-term or long-term in nature, individual therapy can help manage difficult life situations or facilitate important changes in one's life. Learn to understand yourself in a deeper way, and gain the insight to life the live you desire.
Individual Therapy
Couples Therapy
A relationship does not need to be in trouble to become better. A couples therapy process can help strengthen a relationship and teach partners to dialogue and work through life's challenges together.
Group Therapy
This therapy modality provides an opportunity to better understand oneself through relationships with others who are also looking to make changes. It is unique in its structure of providing and receiving interpersonal feedback between members.
Clinical Supervision
A passion of mine since I entered graduate school, clinical supervision was a focus of my doctoral training, and something I enjoyed doing throughout my years at Towson University.
